The staff is very helpful, the breakfast warm, the location is quiet adjacent to local buses to Havant, Chichester and Portsmouth and the resturant the food is excellant. The double room is newly remodelled, we also appreciated particularly nice views. No complaints whatsoever, strongly recommend this hotel.
